[Sonar] Is our typical M series course too short ???

For a single fleet race, I believe quality should rule.

This meeans 60 minutes should be the goal, weather permitting.  Reasonably shorten (I agree that 30 minutes isn't reasonable) or abandon to keep the quality (e.g. 1 or more legs are reaches).
