[Sonar] Star of the North Notice of Race Amendment 2

Hey everyone,
There's been an amendment to the NOR that applies to us...

We are handling crew changes like we did for the NA's in 2011...   If you're going to change crew over the weekend, you have to declare it beforehand.
If you have the same crew all weekend, you don't have to declare it.

Deadline is Sept 9.
