[Sonar] Bon Voyage to the LOWISA sailors

All:

The LOWISA sailors are probably most of the way to Kenora already but I
still wanted to wish them a great voyage and trip.

I used to do LOWISA with my family when I was a teenager.   It is quite the
adventure and great sailing venue and great social event.

LOWISA has been held continuously since 1966.  There is a good reason why
it has been continously held!
