JR reported that the following are planned

Training by Matt Thompson.  Hosted by Wayzata Sailing in conjunction with
WYC. Addition by Tom Brown: "our participation in this will be beneficial
for crew and new owner recruitment for the Wayzata Sonar fleet"

   1.

   Dryland - Intro to Team Racing, March 4, 7-9pm
   2.

   On Water – Start/Stops, June 3, 4:30 - 8pm
   3.

   On Water – Strategies, June 10, 4:30 - 8pm

Additional Friday events are planned for Team Racing by the Sonar fleet and
supported by Wayzata Sailing (all in Wayzata Bay)

Potential invite event at Sheboygan Wisconsin being discussed, uncertain on
details.  Matt Thompson is working on details.

Texas Corinthian Yacht Club (TCYC) may be an event in 2023.

North Americans hosted at WYC in 2023, dates not set, most likely weekend
after SoTN

T Brown commented that attendance has been limited in previous years.

K Stieers commented that rather than schedule, it could be volunteer based
on who attends on Sunday events, rather than full fleet

Club has (6) mooring balls available at this time

Balance is healthy at $5000+

Typical spend event is B Dock party – not sponsored in 2022.

Consensus is to not collect Fleet dues in 2022

Misc Comments:

Sesame Street (24), has been sold.  Uncertain if it will race.

Sonar , Dark Horse, has been sold.  Uncertain if it will race.

Spare Mast (fleet owned) – 2021 decision was not to have fleet owned mast.


Note from Tom Brown:  The GoogleMeeting worked well and didn't have a time
limit shutoff like some of the other meeting softwares.
