SILENT AUCTION  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Once again the silent auction will be a part of the WYC Banquet.  This
year more than ever donations and volunteers are needed to support the
Wayzata Sailing Foundation.  With the launching of the new Wayzata
Sailing School your time, efforts and donations will go a long way in
achieving the goals set forth by the WSF!   Here is your chance as a
fleet, crew member or Corporate donor to make a difference in a child's
life!

I am looking for volunteers to assist in the areas listed below.
- Solicitors for Commercial Vendors
- Solicitors for WYC Donors
- Table Runners
- Set-up at the Banquet
- Guard to watch donated items
- Collection Site Coordinator
- Collection Helpers
- Cashiers
- Delivery Persons with Suburban (or larger)
- DONATIONS DONATIONS DONATIONS

convenient option for you.  We can have them picked up before or after races 
or other locations with advanced notice.

BANQUET RSVP's
Invitations for the Fall Banquet and Business meeting made a slow trip 
through the mail system. Please act fast to return them quickly.  If you 
haven't received your invites yet, please download copies of the invite RSVP 
and directions to the venue from the homepage of www.wyc.org


BANQUET CANDID PHOTOS
Think about sending a couple photos to Michelle for the video presentation.
Photos only need to be 400x600dpi (150k) jpeg files. Her e-mail is
mchown00 at yahoo.com or you can leave a disk on CodeBlue at the club.


RETURN YOUR TROPHIES
Please POLISH YOUR TROPHIES and get them to the clubhouse during the next 
three weeks. The Banquet organizing staff thanks you in advance for your 
assistance.


HAUL OUT
The crane will be available for red-carpet service assisted haul-outs this 
Saturday. A signup sheet is at the club if you'd like to reserve a time 
slot, but it's not required if you don't mind waiting for an open spot. If 
you'd like to haul out at another time, please contact Brenny at 
612-701-3230 for a temporary swipe card. Cost is $45.


TROPHY PHOTOS
The deadline for ordering/selecting trophy frames is Friday the 29th. Visit 
http://www.wyc.org/ to view photos of your boat and select your trophy frame 
photo or order additional prints or 4x6 crew photos for the banquet.
