FROSTBITE CUP
It's tomorrow! The rain is supposed to clear off and it's going to be great weather. Be there.  FYI, our wonderful and friendly trophy photographer be shooting make-up trophy pics if you were missed this year. So get out there.

SILENT AUCTION
Have you contributed an item to the WCSC Silent Auction yet? Everyone has something to give. Email Ernie at wcsc.silent.auction at earthlink.net with your stuff. 

BANQUET RESERVATIONS
October 27th is your deadline for discounted $45 seats. What a deal! Act now! Don't Delay! Wayne gets grumpy when you wait until the last minute and Don has done such a great job, so do it now.  Seats go up to $55 after the 27th. You can submit an online PDF form from www.WYC.org 

TROPHY RETURNS
Have you brought back your trophies (cleaned) to the clubhouse so they can be presented at the 2009 banquet. Even if you won it again this year... calling Jack Christofersen...please bring them back in.

RICHARDSON CUP 
Congratulations to the competitors, organizers, and volunteers who made the Richardson Cup possible this year. Scott Speath, Dan McNamarra and an army of volunteers managed to arrange for boats to use, support boats, fly in America's Cup judges and race officers for the event, provide entertainment and food, and survived some brutal conditions. Bravo to everyone involved. 

SINGLE HANDED COLLEGE CHAMPS
Finger snaps all around for Matt Thompson who won the Midwest College Conference Single-handed Championship. Matt has come up through the WSF and WCSC since he was age eight. Look at the great crops we're starting to grow over there on the back 40! Charlie Ogoe finished second, he's a White Bear kid but now sails with the University of St. Thomas at the WCSC. They both now move onto the nationals.
