[Capri25] Outboards

Does anyone know someone or small shop that works on Mercury Outboards. 
 
I am trying to drain my lower unit on my 5hp and cannot unscrew the
lower oil drain screw.  It is a fat screw , but has a very shallow std
slot head on it that strips very easy.  Does anybody know any tricks to
getting this screw out?  I bought a new replacement screw, so I don't
even care about destroying the stuck screw.
