[Capri25] Backstay Tension

Ken:  You reading this?  Seems that we need to put on a tang Cal 20 style 
whereby its a long tang bolted to the hull and then coming up above the rub 
rail for the headstay to attach to, again, Cal 20 style.  We'll be fine for 
Two Gates Race this coming weekend, but lets say we pick a Saturday coming 
up in January and make that modification before we too yank up our deck!
