[Capri25] [Sonar] RacaeQ Preset Start & Upload

This is what I think I figured out.... at least for the Android
If your phone gets restarted after you schedule your start time;
It will not start or record a track.
However if you go open up the scheduler and then close it again it will
start on the scheduled time.
You do not need to actually open the program for it to start it will start
on its own.

At least this has been my findings tested 4 times with same results....
Restart your phone after scheduling = track will not start
Schedule and don't restart you phone = track will start at scheduled time.

One other note....
I can not get the replay to work from Google Chrome... it works fine for me
in IE11 on windows 10
