Guess it depends on whether your goals are to build your fleet, attract
talented sailors and have a high level of competition in a fun environment.

My point is that in the 10 years I¹ve been racing in this fleet, the fleet
and WYC have been doing what I mentioned in the first sentence and may want
to be careful as they attempt to put bylaws in place. Inclusiveness goes a
long way.

You only have to look across the lake to see how MYC has killed this kind of
environment.
