[J22-Fleet 1] Summer Regattas

Our J22 friends in Tawas Bay Michigan are thinking about a regatta Aug 
before the Worlds in Rochester. This could be a great tune up on your 
way to worlds. Here is what I got.

Lars,  Hope all is well.  Can you ask around your fleet and see if they 
would support a J/22 regatta in Tawas on August 9 -- 10, 2008.  This is 
ten days prior to World's.  We are meeting in a few weeks and need to 
decide if we are going to host a regatta in 2008 or not.  We would 
appreciate any feedback as well on the future of this event. 

 

Rochester is approximately eight -- nine hours from Tawas.  We can store 
boats before and after the regatta for no charge.
