I KNOW there are boats intending to register who have not yet done so.
(There are 13 Capris registered.  Last year there were 23.)
 
The price of registration is STILL only $120.00.  The price officially
increases to $150 on Monday morning.
 
We have shirts.  We have rum.  We need wind.  Oh, and we could use some
