[Sonar] Grandfathered boats

Thanks for all your hard work Ernie.

>From what I understand wider makes it possible to put more pressure on the
mast for a given uppers tension setting.  This is not valuable in a Sonar as
far as I know except maybe in very heavy air, but it is not harmful either.
 So Ryder owners should not feel that it is important to move them inboard.
