[Sonar] Seeking input on the post-race debrief idea

Sounds good, but sadly the Kattack app does not run on every phone.

Perhaps a volunteer could get trained and do the uploads for Jarod.  Then
priority would be assured.  I know Jarod is tired of doing the uploads.
