#1- Catalina direct sels the rub rail for the boat, its the small section, they also sell the aluminum sections in 8'-0" lenths.

#2. I would wax the post and insert epoxy from the top, and let it start to kick, then rotate the tube to break the bond and pull the shaft out.

#3 Catalina Direct also sells the replacment parts for the drains. It comes in a kit with instructions, and all of the nessary supplies to fix it.

I would also suggest checking the International Association for any information on these fixes, we now have over 100 owners of Capri 25's all over the US and Canada.

A couple of Capri boat questions we came across while fixing stuff on
Lickety Split:
1) Does anybody know where one can buy a new rub rail? And how hard is
it to install?

2) When we pulled out the tiller post we noticed inside about mid way
down the thru hole that there is a very small hole on the inside where
water could basically splash up into and leak into the bilge area. Has
anybody else had this issue? Any suggestions on best way to plug?

3) Has anybody replaced the cockpit drain thru hole sleeves at the base
of the transom? Where can you buy new ones? We noticed some leakage
there.

tks
